1. Warranty Coverage

Customers may request a return for eligible products within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

DEFSONIX stands behind the quality and performance of our portable Bluetooth speakers.

DEFSONIX provides a 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning on the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to DEFSONIX speakers purchased directly from DEFSONIX or an authorized DEFSONIX retailer.

2. What Is Covered

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects involving:

  • Internal speaker drivers and components
  • Bluetooth connectivity hardware
  • Amplifiers and internal electronics
  • Charging ports and power systems
  • Factory-installed buttons, controls, and displays
  • Rechargeable batteries with verified manufacturing defects

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or misuse
  • Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture
  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Damage caused by improper charging or incompatible accessories
  • Normal battery degradation
  • Damage from improper storage, transportation, or handling
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Custom artwork, vinyl wraps, or aftermarket modifications, unless separately warranted by DEFSONIX

4. Warranty Service

If a product is determined to have a covered manufacturing defect within the 90-day warranty period, DEFSONIX will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product.
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model.
  • Provide a refund of the original purchase price if repair or replacement is unavailable.

Approved warranty repairs or replacements will be provided at no charge.

5. How To File A Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please email support@defsonix.com with the following:

 

  • Full name and contact information
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase
  • DEFSONIX speaker model
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the problem, if available

Do not return or ship a product without receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from DEFSONIX.

6. Shipping And Returns

For approved warranty claims within the United States, DEFSONIX will cover reasonable standard shipping costs required for warranty service.

Products must be packaged securely to prevent additional damage during transportation.

7. Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is nontransferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

DEFSONIX shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Some states do not permit these limitations or exclusions.

8. Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state.

Nothing in this warranty limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
